1. General Provisions
 
1.1 The online store  www.moretights.com  operates commercial activity of selling tights and underwear.
The owner of an online store  is the company Beli Sadłecka Paulina with registered office at

90-613 Łódź Poland
 
 Placing an order in store www.moretighs.com is tantamount to accepting the conditions set out in these regulations.
 
 
2. Shipping Policy


2.1 All orders are shipped within 5 days from Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. If it happens that some product is not available we offer you another similar product or refund. 

 
2.2 After placing an order a customer recives a confirmation via email within two working days .The confirmation includes your order number, a list of ordered products and total amount.
 
3. Shipping
 

3.1 We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:


Regular Post service (7-10 days to Europe, 14-20 days outside Europe)
Courier service - only Europe (DHL or DPD) 3-5 days to Europe

 

3.2 Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

 
4. Returns and complaints
 
4.1 Purchaser is obliged to inspect the delivered goods. If the order is mechanically damaged, not conform with the type or quantity of an ordered, the Purchaser shall immediately inform the Seller by email 
 
4.2 The time for the return of ordered products is 30 days from the date of delivery, returned goods can`t have any signs of use. It must contain a protective inner liner and the original tag
 
5.Payment Policy

If you need other payment method please contact us . We will do our best to find suitable payment method for you. 
 
5.2 Credit Card Charges
 
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
